An Arthritis Awareness Program conducted by Mumbai’s Best Knee Replacement Surgeon Dr Santosh Shetty.

Dr Santosh Shetty Mumbais Leading Joint Replacement Surgeon is committed in his Endeavor to Fight Against Arthritis.
His Social drive Pledge Against Arthritis is An Arthritis Awareness Program in which his committed and Dedicated team of Doctors and Staff Screen patients above 50 yrs in the Community for Joint Pain.He strongly believes that if more and more people are made aware of healthy lifestyle and ways and means of maintaining their Joints then the incidence of Advanced Arthritis requiring surgery will reduce and not only this if the fear surrounding the surgery and the myths associated is addressed properly then the surgery for inevitable people who are suffering from Advanced Arthritis can be made more acceptable.
This social initiative is a way of Pledging to Fight Against Arthritis said Mumbai’s Best and Renowned Knee Replacement Surgeon Dr Santosh Shetty.
Navyuvan Society was the Venue for this Awareness Program followed by a Health Check up Camp on 29th September 2018 where more then 180 pts from the age group of 50 to 90 yrs were screened between 10 pm to 6 pm.
Mr Sundrani a Social Worker and active Member in the Agha Khan Community along with his Team felicitated the Doctors present During this Camp and said ” More of such Awareness Drives should be conducted regularly in the community to keep the Society fit by and large”
The Members of Navyuvan Society expressed their Love Affection and Gratitude towards the Participating Doctors and were seen to be highly interactive with the whole team.
Bone & Joint 360 and Surana Group of Hospitals have been continously relentlessly conducting these Free Health Check up camps where the pts are given services of Free BMD, Free Random Blood sugar, Blood Pressure check up along with Free Orthopedic Consultation, Free Physiotherapy Consultation and Free Nutritionist and Dietician Consultation.
